customer-service-weekIt’s national Customer Service Week and Playworld employees are making a special effort to recognize our frontline representatives who help our distributors, sales reps and customers on a daily basis. They are overall experts, knowledgeable about everything and anything Playworld. The week is dedicated to celebrating successes, recognizing achievements and honoring service. In 1992 the U.S. Congress proclaimed Customer Service Week a nationally recognized event, celebrated annually during the first full week in October.

“Each and every member of our team goes above and beyond when providing support to customers,” said Kristi Teats, manager of Customer Service for Playworld. “People know they can rely on Playworld to provide excellent service.”

This year’s Customer Service Week theme is “One goal, one team, no limits”, which reminds us that when everyone is working together to achieve the same goal, there are no limitations to success.

Teats believes that if you never experienced providing customer service, you’ve been robbed of the pleasure of helping a purchaser find exactly what they want, delivering excellent service, and being a representative of your company’s brand and overall customer experience.

“The personal feeling of assisting another is a great reward – especially when the customer takes the time to thank you or even to tell a supervisor about the wonderful service they received,” said Teats. “We all know what it’s like to receive bad customer service, but how often do we go the extra mile to show our appreciation for excellent customer service? It’s rare.”

Playworld recognizes the importance of providing exceptional service. We know that no one likes to wait for his or her call to be answered or for someone to get back to him or her with insight to a question. We also understand the stress of working in customer service, so we are excited and honored to devote this week to our hard working customer service team and recognize them for always going above and beyond to deliver superior service – helping us continue to provide the best play experiences in the world.
