Inspired by daring locations around the globe, RopeScapes™ allows you to mix and match our variety of rope products so you can create a play space distinct to your community. From the angular challenges of Naica™ to the bustling hub of Quito™, these structures and components encourage kids to work together as they climb, developing their confidence and communication skills as well as their strength and coordination.
Each rope product is constructed from the same 5/8” (16mm) nylon rope with steel reinforced braiding around a fiber core. Not only will the ropes remain secure in the face of the toughest wear and tear—they’ll retain their bold, eye-catching color too. The ropes also feature traditional six-strand design, giving kids the optimal grip for their climb.
Ropes are attached to our cold-formed, galvanized steel Flo-Coat® posts. Not only are they high-shield with high-tensile strength—each post is reinforced by a corrosion-resistant coating on the interior and a triple coating of uniform zinc galvanizing, chromate conversion coating, and clear polymer coating. Then for strong molecular adhesion, the tubing receives a baked-on powder coating after being washed and sanitized.
