Empower Playgrounds

Playworld has partnered with Empower Playgrounds, Inc. - a non-profit organization that provides renewable energy to villages in Ghana through electricity-generating playground equipment and smart LED lanterns.

Let Kids Play

Founded in 2007 by Mara Kaplan, Let Kids Play is a consulting group that works to ensure that all children have access to play regardless of age or ability. Our partnership enables us to optimize our equipment for children with disabilities. We also work with Mara to train all stakeholders on inclusive playground design


As a preferred vendor for KABOOM!, Playworld aims to bring playgrounds to communities that need them most. KABOOM! is the national non-profit that works to achieve playspace equity. Kids who don’t have access to play miss out on childhood and are denied critical opportunities to build physical, social and emotional health.
