Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older, who are registered attendees of the 2025 NRPA Conference in Orlando, FL, USA. Excludes all exhibitors. Employees, officers, and directors of Playworld, PlayPower, Inc., NRPA, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each are not eligible to enter. Exhibitors at the 2025 NRPA Conference are not eligible. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to ensure they meet all eligibility requirements before entering. Sponsor will not verify eligibility and will not be responsible for entries made by individuals who are not eligible. By entering, participants do so voluntarily and at their own discretion, acknowledging that they may be disqualified if they fail to meet the eligibility criteria.

Limit one (1) entry per individual/NRPA badge. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries. Winner will be selected in a random electronic drawing from all eligible entries received. The winner need not be present to win. Prizes will be shipped to the mailing address provided on the winner’s NRPA badge registration. If no valid address is provided, the winner forfeits their prize. Winner has thirty (30) days from notification to confirm acceptance. If a winner does not respond within this period, an alternate winner will be selected.

By entering our contest and/or giveaway, participants grant Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and prize information for promotional purposes, in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Playworld, PlayPower, Inc., NRPA, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in this giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
