Playworld launches movement to save outdoor play as it makes CES debut

Industry Leader Showcases World’s First Electronic Commercial Playground Equipment in Booth #71009


LEWISBURG, PA (January 7, 2013) – Playworld, a leading manufacturer of imaginative playground and fitness equipment, today announced it is launching a movement to save outdoor play and showcasing its NEOS 360 electronic playground equipment at the 2014 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in booth #71009.

Its NEOS product line gives players the feeling of being inside a life-size video game that blends exhilarating and heart-pumping excitement with the aerobic rush of outdoor fun – giving a whole new meaning to the phrase, “get in the game.”

Playworld executives were invited to participate in panel discussions that explore the future of play. Miller will speak on the “Keeping Kids Active in a Digital World” panel at the 2014 Fitness Tech Summit also on Tuesday, January 7 at 2:00 p.m. in the Las Vegas Convention Center, North Hall, Room N250.  Michael Laris, director of product development and strategies for Playworld, will participate in a Kids@Play panel discussion entitled “Five Golden Opportunities for 2014,” on Wednesday, January 8 at 10:20 a.m. in the Las Vegas Convention Center, North Hall, Room N256.
