“LEWISBURG — New products sold by Playworld were installed at the Danny Green park at St. Mary and 7th streets.
PlayCubes and QuBits are each new offerings by the Lewisburg-area commercial playground equipment manufacturer. The former is a redesign of climbing equipment introduced in the 1960s by architect Richard Dattner, with whom Playworld collaborated on the latest version. The latter is so new that a photo shoot is planned at the local field for Playworld’s promotional materials.
Playworld donated the equipment and cost of installation, which began last week. The company and borough officials were in contact several weeks to coordinate installation.”
