During the week of October 5-9, Playworld will observe national Customer Service Week, a time set aside to recognize the efforts of our frontline representatives who help our distributors, sales reps, and customers on a daily basis. They are overall gurus who are knowledgeable about everything and anything Playworld — products, services and so much more. The week is dedicated to celebrating successes, recognizing achievements, and honoring service.
“Our customers count on Playworld to go above and beyond when providing help and support,” said Kristi Teats, manager of Sales Services, Playworld.
This year’s Customer Service Week theme is Everyday Heroes™, to remind us that every day, front line customer service professionals are heroes in consumers’ eyes.
If you’ve never experienced providing customer service, you have been robbed of the pleasure of helping a purchaser find exactly what they want, delivering excellent service, and being a representative of your company’s brand and overall customer experience. The personal feeling of helping another is a great reward—especially when the customer takes the time to thank you, or even to tell a supervisor about the wonderful service they received. We all know bad customer service when it happens to us, but how often do we go the extra mile to show our appreciation for a job well done? It’s rare.
Playworld recognizes the importance of providing exceptional service, and we know that no one likes to wait for his or her call to be answered or for someone to get back to him or her with insight to a question. We also appreciate the level of stress of working in customer service, so it’s our pleasure to devote this week to our hard working customer service team, and recognize them for consistently going above and beyond to deliver superior service to help us continue to provide the best play experiences to the world.
Join us as we celebrate Customer Service Appreciation Week and recognize our customers, distributors and sales reps, and customer service department employees for all they do.
